These terms govern access to Zenone BIM websites, Revit add-ins, license keys, support, manual sales, and Paddle online checkout provided by AnnotationLeader.
Last updated: May 30, 2026Zenone BIM is operated by AnnotationLeader. These terms are between you and AnnotationLeader, trading as Zenone BIM.
By accessing Zenone BIM, purchasing a license, activating a license key, or using a Zenone Revit add-in, you agree to these terms.
If you are using the products for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of that organization.
Zenone BIM currently offers Zenone Annotation Leader and Zenone Structure Detach for Autodesk Revit workflows. Product capabilities, supported Revit versions, and license types are described on the pricing and product pages.
Structure Detach v1 is limited to one-click column and foundation detach. Features that are not listed as available should not be assumed to be included.
A license gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product according to the selected plan. Each license may be bound to a machine ID during activation unless a written commercial agreement says otherwise.
You may not resell, share, copy, reverse engineer, bypass activation, or use a license key for a different Zenone product.
Manual purchases may be completed through customer service using WeChat or Alipay. Paddle online checkout is available as a self-service option and may be priced higher because it includes platform, tax, and payout costs.
For Paddle online purchases, Paddle may act as merchant of record or payment processor depending on the checkout configuration and region.
After purchase, AnnotationLeader provides Zenone BIM license delivery, activation support, and reasonable installation help through support@zenonebim.com.
Download packages, supported Revit versions, and activation behavior may change as products are updated. We aim to keep public product descriptions accurate and current.
Zenone BIM tools are productivity add-ins and do not replace professional engineering judgment, design review, model auditing, or project quality control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnnotationLeader is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or project-loss damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected license in the previous twelve months.
