Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Paddle online checkout requests are handled according to Paddle's refund policy, and manual WeChat or Alipay purchases are handled through support.

Paddle online purchases

For Paddle online payments, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are handled according to Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection rules.

To request a refund, contact support@zenonebim.com or Paddle buyer support with your Paddle order email, product name, and transaction ID.

Refunds processed through Paddle are returned to the original payment method.

Manual WeChat and Alipay purchases

For manual WeChat or Alipay purchases, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@zenonebim.com with your payment note, customer contact, product name, and license key.

Manual refund requests are handled through the same customer service channel used for purchase.

Manual sales are priced lower than Paddle online checkout because they do not include the same platform and payout costs.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing period to stop future renewals.

Refund requests for Paddle subscription payments must be submitted within 14 days of the charge and are handled according to Paddle's refund policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@zenonebim.com with your order email, product, license key if issued, payment channel, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within two business days.
