This policy explains what AnnotationLeader collects for Zenone BIM purchases, license activation, support, and product operation.
Last updated: May 30, 2026We may collect your name, email address, company, support messages, order details, sales channel, payment status, license key, product ID, license type, activation status, machine ID or machine code, plugin version, Revit version, and activation timestamps.
For manual WeChat or Alipay sales, we may record payment notes and customer contact details needed to deliver support. We do not store card numbers.
We use this information to process orders, issue activation codes, verify licenses, prevent license misuse, provide support, improve product reliability, and satisfy legal or tax obligations.
License activation data is used to bind a license to the correct product and machine and to detect revoked, expired, or mismatched licenses.
Paddle is used for online checkout, transaction processing, taxes, receipts, and payment events.
Supabase is used for server-side storage of orders, licenses, activations, and payment events. Vercel is used to host the website and API routes.
We keep order, license, and activation records for as long as needed to provide the product, handle support, comply with accounting obligations, and protect against fraud.

We use server-side secrets, HTTPS, restricted database access, and payment processors that handle sensitive payment data. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to operational data to what is necessary.
